1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UNI Intelligence™, a platform developed and operated by Unlimited Health Collective (“UHC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

• Copy, distribute, or modify the platform
• Reverse engineer or replicate the system
• Use the Services outside their intended scope

4. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter this agreement
• If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization

5. Organizational Participation

If accessing through an organization:

• Your data may be grouped under that organization
• Your participation contributes to aggregated insights

Data Boundary

    Individual responses are not shared with employers.
     Organizations receive aggregated, anonymized insights only.

6. Responsibility for Use of Insights

You acknowledge and agree:

• Insights are interpretive, not definitive
• Outcomes depend on context, judgment, and application

Critical Clause

You and/or your organization are solely responsible for how insights are interpreted and applied.

UHC is not responsible for:

• Decisions made based on platform outputs
• Actions taken using insights
• Outcomes resulting from those decisions

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to identify or re-identify individuals
• Misuse organizational data
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Restricted Decision Use

UNI Intelligence™ is not intended to be used as the sole basis for:

• Employment decisions (hiring, firing, promotion)
• Medical or psychological decisions
• Legal or financial decisions

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, and content—including:

• UNI Intelligence™
• UNI™
• 5D Intelligence framework
• Growth Signal methodology

are owned by Unlimited Health Collective.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness
• Reliability of outputs
• Availability or uptime
• Fitness for a particular purpose

11. Platform Evolution

You acknowledge that:

• Change functionality

without prior notice.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

UHC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
• Decisions or actions taken based on insights

Maximum Liability

Limited to the amount paid (if any) for the Services

You agree to indemnify UHC against claims arising from:
