UNI Intelligence™ is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It does not provide diagnoses or treatment. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. All outputs are informational and developmental in nature only.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If accessing through an organization, your data may be grouped under that organization and your participation will contribute to aggregated insights.
Individual responses are not shared with employers. Organizations receive aggregated, anonymized insights only.
You acknowledge and agree that insights are interpretive, not definitive, and that outcomes depend on context, judgment, and application.
You and/or your organization are solely responsible for how insights are interpreted and applied. UHC is not responsible for decisions made based on platform outputs, actions taken using insights, or outcomes resulting from those decisions.

UNI Intelligence™ is not intended to be used as the sole basis for:
All systems, frameworks, and content — including UNI Intelligence™, UNI™, the 5D Intelligence framework, and the Growth Signal methodology — are owned by Unlimited Health Collective. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness, reliability of outputs, availability or uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
UNI Intelligence™ is an evolving system. We may modify features, update methodologies, or change functionality without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated platform.
We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UHC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business, revenue, or opportunity, or decisions or actions taken based on insights generated by the platform.
UHC's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlimited Health Collective and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your misuse of insights, or your violation of these Terms.
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in the State of Delaware, United States of America, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration forum. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
